WEATHER Policy

Tournaments will proceed as scheduled unless weather conditions create an unsafe environment for players, officials, or spectators. Decisions regarding delays, schedule adjustments, or cancellations will be made by tournament directors in consultation with facility staff and safety officials.

If the entire tournament is canceled before any games begin due to unsafe weather conditions:

• Teams will receive a refund minus any non-recoverable event costs (such as field rentals, officials’ minimum fees, or administrative expenses), or a full credit toward a future club tournament.
